Description
Accessed via a grand driveway with mature gardens on either side, this villa feels opulent from the moment you arrive. Surrounded by trees and beautiful sprawling countryside, the villa offers seclusion and quiet, whilst being conveniently positioned on the road that links the charming old town of Pollensa and the superb beaches and amenities of Puerto Pollensa.
There are a number of restaurants and a large supermarket within walking distance, and the beaches, bars and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente along with the old town of Pollensa and Pollensa Golf Course are all just a few minutes’ drive away.
Inside, beamed ceilings add character to match the traditional stone façade, and furnishings are contemporary and extremely comfortable throughout. The garden features a larger-than-average pool which is fenced; perfect for families with young children. A fabulous shaded barbecue area is located next to the pool where you can spend wonderful evenings dining together as the sun goes down, and there is even table tennis provided for some light entertainment.
Mobility Statement: There are two steps to access the villa's main entrance and two steps from the villa to the rear terrace. There is one further step up to the barbeque area and another onto the raised non-slip pool surround. The ground floor is spacious and an ensuite bedroom can be accessed externally via patio doors. However, all internal doors are standard width.
