This popular four-bedroom Lloret de Mar villa is located in a quieter area of the town, but you won’t be too far away from the vibrant beaches, shops and restaurants when you stay here as these are just 5km away. You’ll also find a supermarket and other facilities just 2km away. Lloret de Mar is one of the best-known resorts in Spain and has been popular with UK holidaymakers of all ages for decades.

Opt for this accommodation and you’ll get access to an open plan lounge/diner with a well-facilitated American kitchen. This plays host to a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave. You’ll also find a pair of double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, one shower room and one bathrooms at the property. Air conditioning comes as an optional extra, which is currently charged at 150 Euros per week. There’s also an external private swimming pool and a BBQ. The closest beach to the villa is Cala Canyelles, which you can see in the last photo on this page.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in July and August. Outside of this period rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.30pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 1 euro per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 300 euros is required on arrival
• You may take your own sheets and towels, or hire them. Sheets are 8 euros per person per set, towels are 8 euros per set, and are payable on arrival. You need to take your own beach towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• WiFi is included in the price
• Air conditioning is available on request, 150 euros per week, this is not included in the rental price
• Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. 
• Pets may be allowed on request
• This property is for families and does not allow bookings from groups of people under the age of 35 years old
