This villa is a 6-bedroom property just 2 km. away from Puerto Pollensa, set on two levels. When entering the property, there is a lounge with comfortable sofas. To the right there is a well-equipped kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. This level of the house also includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and two twins that share a bathroom.

Upstairs there is another room with kitchen facilities (with oven, hob, microwave and dining facilities), a dining room a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a further twin and double bedrooms that share a bath. All bedrooms have air conditioning units.

For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night.
