Villa Gabriel is a popular modern 3-bedroom villa that’s located in Font de San Llorens. The bustling town of Lloret de Mar is situated just 5km away and is home to some of the area’s best bars, shops, restaurants and beaches. Cala Canyelles is widely agreed to be one of the most picturesque coves in Costa Brava and can be found just 1.5km away.

At the property, you’ll find a generously-sized lounge/dining room with a TV and doors that give you easy access to the terrace. The well-equipped kitchen is home to facilities like a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave. You’ll also have access to a double bedroom, a pair of twin bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room whilst you’re staying at the property. Other facilities include a private garden, a terrace and a private swimming pool. There’s space for your vehicle in the garage, and you’ll also find a BBQ outside.

Lloret de Mar is one of Spain’s most energetic tourist resorts. Stay in the relatively quiet area of Font de Sans Llorens and you’ll be able to experience the best of both worlds.

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover in July and August. Outside of this period rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.30pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 1 euro per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 300 euros is required on arrival
• You may take your own sheets and towels, or hire them. Sheets are 8 euros per person per set, towels are 8 euros per set, and are payable on arrival. You need to take your own beach towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price 
• WiFi is included in the price
• Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
• High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. 
• Pets may be allowed on request
• This property is for families and does not allow bookings from groups of people under the age of 35 years old
