Set off a country lane just between the old town of Pollensa and its beach resort Port Pollensa is located this single storey villa.

All on one floor, this villa is an ideal family choice with good standard of fittings, including local pine furnishings and many of the owner personal touches. The welcoming lounge dining room has satellite TV, DVD player, seating area, a six seater pine dining table and a doorway opening to the rear covered terrace which has views to the swimming pool and garden area. The well fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven and a fridge/freezer as well as many other electric appliances. The relaxing master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. The attractive twin bedrooms share one full bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside, there is a spacious covered veranda that overlooks the swimming pool and the pretty gardens. There is also a further shower where the washing machine is located. A very special feature is the built in barbecue area for a perfect way to finish the evenings.

Stairs are leading up to the rooftop sun terrace where you can enjoy lovely views towards the fields and the Tramuntana mountain range.

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season rentals must be minimum 5 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
