This luxury 4 bedroom Lloret de Mar villa is located in the residential urbanisation of Roca Grosa, and only 2.5 kilometres from the town of LLoret del Mar, with its beaches, shops and restaurants. Just 5 kilometres away is "Cala Canyelles", one of the most beautiful coves on the Costa Brava.

On the ground floor there is a sunny living/dining room with a 42" tv, WIFI , DVD player and Satellite tv, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and microwave, a home gym with running machine, an exercise bike, shower and W.C; 1 bedroom with bunkbeds.

On the first floor there is the master double en-suite bedroom with hydro-massage shower and bath, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is a communal area between 2 of the bedrooms where there is a sofa bed for 2 people. On this floor there is also a large terrace to enjoy the fantastic sea views.

Outside, the private 10 x 4m swimming pool has a shallow pool, perfect for children. Also a covered BBQ with table and chairs.

There is air conditioning throughout the villa.

Please note, that there is a jacuzzi in the villa, however this is not available for use.

Useful information

• • Rentals are weekly with a Friday changeover in July and August. Outside of this period rentals must be minimum 7 nights with an any day changeover
  • Check-in time is 4.30pm
  • Check-out time is 10.00am
  • There is a tourism tax of 1 euro per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older on arrival and is not included in the rental price.
  • A returnable damage deposit of 1000 euros is required on arrival
  • You may take your own sheets and towels, or hire them. Sheets are 8 euros per person per set, towels are 8 euros per set, and are payable on arrival. You need to take your own beach towels.
  • Final cleaning is included in the price 
  • Air conditioning is included in the price
  • WiFi is included in the price
  • Cots available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. 
  • High chairs available on request - 35 euros per item per week, payable on arrival. 
  • No pets are allowed 
  • This property is for families and does not allow bookings from groups of people under the age of 35 years old
