This villa is a simple and comfortable holiday cottage outside Puerto Pollensa. It is a good base for a holiday, just located at the back of the main road between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The villa is on one level and it has a nice pool and views across the mountains. Inside, the villa is simply designed and decorated with classic furniture, white walls, tiled floors and dark wood furniture.

The lounge has an open fire place, satellite TV, a sofa and easy chairs. There is a new fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and a fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both sharing a full bathroom. The double bedroom has French doors opening out onto the side terrace. The villa has an extra facility such as air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the lounge dinning room.

At the back of the house there is a swimming pool surrounded by hedges and views across mountains. There is a lovely place to cook and eat outside, under the built in barbecue. The front of the house is planted with a few palm trees and oleanders. This villa is a great holiday home for a small family or couples; it is close to the Puerto Pollensa beach and resort.

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season rentals must be minimum 5 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.

• Sheets and towels are included in the price. You need to take your own pool towels.
