This recently refurbished 2 bedroom Llafranc apartment is located just 500 meters from the beach. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are all nearby.

This apartment consists of a lounge/dining room with tv and doors out to the terrace with sea views, an open kitchen with hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunkbeds and 1 shower room with washing machine.

Outside there is a private terrace with table and chairs, with views of the sea and communal swimming pool.

There are various children’s activities in the area, and for the adults, the chance to do some mountain or sea sports.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season rental must be minimum 3 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 1 euro per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 500 euros is required prior to arrival
• Sheets and towels are included. You need to take your own beach towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price of rentals that are minimum 7 nights. For rentals of less than 7 nights, there is a final cleaning charge of 100 euros, this is not included in the rental price
• WiFi is included in the price

• Cots available on request - 7 euros per item per day, payable prior to arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - free of charge. 
• Pets are not allowed
