On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room, with a sofa bed for two people and direct access to the splendid terrace leading out to the promenade. Enjoy fantastic summer dinners just in front of the sea! On the same floor you will find the main bedroom, a lovely suite with a double bed and a private shower room.

The first floor includes a living room with an incredible panoramic view over the beach and a sofa bed for two people. Modern fully equipped kitchen. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. Washing machine, dryer machine and dishwasher. WIFI.

Useful information

• Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season rental must be minimum 3 nights with an any day changeover
• Check-in time is 4.00pm
• Check-out time is 10.00am
• There is a tourism tax of 1 euro per person per night (maximum charge of 7 nights). This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.
• A returnable damage deposit of 500 euros is required prior to arrival
• Sheets and towels are included. You need to take your own beach towels.
• Final cleaning is included in the price of rentals that are minimum 7 nights. For rentals of less than 7 nights, there is a final cleaning charge of 100 euros, this is not included in the rental price
• WiFi is included in the price

• Cots available on request - 7 euros per item per day, payable prior to arrival. 
• High chairs available on request - free of charge. 
• Pets may be allowed, this must be requested prior to booking
