This spacious 3-bedroom apartment, with full air conditioning, occupies an enviable position right opposite the beach in the centre of Puerto Pollensa, offering beautiful views across the stunning Bay of Pollensa and its clear blue waters.
Due to its central location there are numerous bars, restaurants and shops right on the doorstep making it ideal for those who enjoy being in the heart of a resort with its amenities and nightlife.
The apartment is open plan with a modern fully equipped kitchen flowing through to a lounge area with comfortable seating opening out in turn onto a large balcony with seating for al fresco dining and relaxing while taking in the views to the beach, marina and beyond.
From the kitchen there is a passage to the rear of the apartment where the bedrooms and bathrooms are.
There are two well-appointed twin rooms and a spacious double sharing one full bathroom and a further shower room. All bedrooms benefit of A/C units.

Useful information
- Rentals are weekly with a Saturday changeover in peak season. Outside of peak season rentals must be minimum 4 nights with an any day changeover
- Check-in time is 4.00pm
- Check-out time is 10.00am
- There is an eco-tax of 2.20 euros per person per night for the first 8 nights. From the 9th night, there is a discount of 50% (1.10 euros) per person. This has to be paid by any guests aged 16 years or older and is not included in the rental price.

Fantastic view and great location in such a lovely place to be on holiday. The view and location were perfect, just a few doors from our favourite restaurant Simbad. The apartment is so big and makes great use of the space with windows in all the bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The ideal location for the perfect holiday. Location and comfortable furnishings. Easily contacted the management team with a request which was promptly addressed. Overawed that during our 10 day stay bed linen and towels were replenished twice. The cleaning staff were most helpful and polite.
